Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    2 1/2 qt. hot water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
    1 lb. crabmeat or 2 cans crabmeat
    2 lb. shrimp, raw and peeled
    1 pt. oysters with liquid
Preparation
    Roux:
    Mix flour and oil together in a 4-cup measure. Microwave on High 7 minutes.
    Stir well, microwave on High 30 seconds more.
    Roux will be dark caramel.
