Herb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. creamed small curd cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients, beating well after each addition.
    Form a stiff dough.
    Add more flour, if needed.
    Let rise in warm place until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
