Polynesian Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat well with electric mixer the oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well with a spoon.
    Do not use a mixer.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
