1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen hash browns with peppers and onions
2 c. (8 oz.) Kraft natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light
1/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, spoon into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
