Chocolate Crunch Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. almond extract
    prepared icing
    1 c. sugar
    7 1/2 lb. chocolate cake batter
    Oreo bulk cookie pieces*
    Oreo base cake crumbs*
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth and set aside. To 1 batch of chocolate cake batter that would yield 1 sheet pan, add almond extract and Oreo* cookie pieces.
    Gently swirl in cream cheese mixture.
    Deposit cupcake batter into lined 3 ounce muffin tins, using a No.
    20 scoop.
    Bake according to cake batter directions.
