    raw spinach and lettuce (equal amounts), cut up
    onion, sliced into rings, then halved
    celery slices (thin)
    cucumber slices (thin)
    radishes, sliced thin
    olives, sliced thin
    hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    cooked crisp bacon, drained and crumbled
    mayonnaise*
    sour cream*
