Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
    7 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar and beer in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Spoon 4 tablespoons melted butter evenly over top.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Brush top with remaining butter.
    Continue baking until top is golden and tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
