Subgum Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    4 water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. bean sprouts
    1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan.
    Cook celery and mushrooms 2 minutes. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, chicken and broth.
    Cook on low for 10 minutes.
    Add egg gradually, stirring steadily.
    Serves 6.
