Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apples, chopped
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Prepare apples; set aside.
    Place salad oil, sugar and eggs in bowl.
    Beat until creamy.
    Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add small amount of flour mixture at a time to creamed mixture.
    Beat well when batter is stiff.
    Add pecans and apples. Place in 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
