Bread Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. yeast (dry)
6 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar or 1 c. honey
about 14 to 15 c. Robinhood flour
Preparation

Let yeast, warm
water
and
1
teaspoon sugar set until bubbly. Meanwhile, melt 3/4 cup lard.
When first mixture is bubbly, add cooled (warm) lard, salt, sugar or honey and flour. Beat with beater good and knead well.
Let
rise
10
minutes
and knead until elastic.
Let rise until double.
Punch
down;
let rise again.
Makes 6 loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30
minutes. Grease
and
cover
with
wax paper and cloth to steam.
