Ada'S Meringue Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla until frothy.
    Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Beat until very stiff.
    Fold in chips and cornflakes.
    Drop by scant teaspoonful, well apart onto a well-greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cool slightly before removing to cooling rack.
    Yield:
    4 dozen.
