Grilled Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen scallops
1 lb. large fresh or frozen peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 c. olive oil or cooking oil
1/3 c. snipped parsley
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper
Preparation

Thaw scallops and shrimp.
Halve the scallops.
Place the scallops and shrimp in a plastic bag; place bag in a bowl. Combine the oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over shrimp and scallops.
Seal the bag and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Drain, reserving marinade. Alternately thread shrimp and scallops on skewers.
Grill kabobs, uncovered, directly over medium coals for 12 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque, brushing frequently with marinade, turning once or twice.
Or broil in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
