French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. butter
    6 slices French bread
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, vanilla, flour and salt to eggs.
    Beat with electric mixer.
    Be sure flour is well mixed.
    Heat skillet. Add teaspoon of butter to skillet.
    Dip bread, a slice at a time, into batter.
    Coat each side.
    Drop bread into hot pan; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
    Cut bread in half diagonally.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on toast.
