Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin together.
Combine dry ingredients and mix with other mixture.
Grease and flour three 1 pound coffee cans and the 1 (16 ounce) pumpkin can.
Pour each 1/2 full or you can use 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from cans.
Cool 1 hour before slicing.
