Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 cooked potatoes, chopped
2 c. flaked salmon
1 green pepper, chopped
1 egg

Preparation

Combine ingredients and shape into cakes. Brown in greased frying pan.
Serve with tartar sauce and parsley.
Serves 6.
