Microwave Chocolate-Mint Parfaits - cooking recipe

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 30 wafers)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. large marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
sweetened whipped cream and chocolate wafer crumbs for garnish
Preparation

Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at High 55 seconds or until melted.
Stir in chocolate wafer crumbs, mixing well; set aside.
