Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. safflower oil
    3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    1 1/2 c. cold water or coffee
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Combine oil and cocoa and add to dry ingredients.
    Beat in milk and vanilla.
    Pour batter into a lightly oiled or nonstick sprayed 9-inch square baking pan.
    Sprinkle the remaining dry ingredients over the top of the batter one at a time, but do not mix.
    Pour coffee or water over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    To serve, invert each piece on a serving plate.
    Makes 9 servings.
