Mini Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube (7-1/2 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
    1 tart apple, peeled and finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375.
    Flatten each biscuit to a 3-4 inch circle.
    Combine the chopped apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
    Place a tablespoon of the apple mixture on each biscuit.
    Dot with a little butter.
    Bring up the sides of the biscuit to enclose the filling and pinch to seal.
    Place in ungreased muffin cups.
    Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
