Pam'S Mexiloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Pace medium picante sauce (set rest of jar aside)
    1 c. cracker crumbs (bread)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together to form loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cheese may be sprinkled on top the last 5 minutes of baking time.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
