Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Heat butter in a small pan and saute the onions.
    Combine cooked spinach, onions, milk, eggs and Mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
    Blend well.
    Turn into a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with both crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
