Butter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Scald milk, stir in sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water into large bowl.
    Sprinkle yeast in; stir well until dissolved.
    Add lukewarm mixture, egg and 2 cups of flour, beat until smooth; stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Cover, let rise in warm place for about 30 minutes.
    Punch down and shape into 2 dozen rolls.
    Let rise for 30 minutes.
    Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
