Harvest Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl, then beat until smooth. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
