Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. raw sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. carrots, grated
1 1/2 c. safflower oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple (approximately 8 oz.)
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in an ungreased angel food or loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
