Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced peaches
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Prepare peaches and mix with 1 cup sugar.
    Put butter in deep baking dish or pan and melt.
    Stir up batter of 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and milk.
    Pour over melted butter.
    Do not stir. Put sugared peaches on top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Batter will rise to the top during baking and will brown and crisp.
