Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar, vegetable oil and eggs. Add vanilla. Mix in flour and spices. Add carrots and nuts. Place in greased and floured pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
