Teriyaki Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 tsp. powdered ginger
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    Venison steaks
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and oil. Make slits in meat and press in each slit the sliced garlic. Sprinkle steaks with Season All. Place steaks in marinade 5-6 hours or overnight in a covered dish in the refrigerator. Discard marinade and grill steaks until desired doneness.
