My Favorite Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley leaves
    1 scallion (green and white parts)
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    unflavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean and remove mushroom stems.
    Mince stems.
    Snip parsley and mince.
    Mince scallions and garlic.
    Brush flat sides of mushroom caps with a little oil; place them in a low buttered baking dish.
    Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced mushroom stems, parsley, scallions, salt, pepper and garlic; cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove from stove.
    Add enough bread crumbs to make a thick paste.
    Stuff the mushroom caps; sprinkle the tops with bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
