Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    4 pieces bacon
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 to 6 pork chops
Preparation
    Boil water; add rice.
    Remove from heat and let stand.
    Fry bacon.
    Keep 2 tablespoons of grease.
    Brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon grease.
    Mix eggs with 2 tablespoons of water.
    In 1 tablespoon of grease, cook egg mixture until set.
    Cut into narrow strips.
    Stir in green onion, rice, soy sauce and bacon.
    Grease 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place rice mixture with pork chops on top.
    Brush with soy sauce.
    Cook for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
