Squash Cornbread - cooking recipe

2 large summer squash
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into squares.
