Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. dry yeast + 4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 tsp. salt
    13 c. flour
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 large eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Heat milk to
    scalding.
    Add
    5
    tablespoons sugar, oil and salt.
    Mix yeast with 4 tablespoons sugar.\tAdd warm water and stir until well
    mixed.
    When
    milk is cooled to lukewarm, add eggs and yeast mixture.
    Add flour, about 1 cup at a time. Beat with dough hoops
    until you have added most of the flour. Use remainder of flour for kneading and knead well.
