Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can French green beans, drained
    1 (No. 303) can English peas, drained
    1 (No. 303) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 (No. 802) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    3 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar (tarragon)
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix well and pour over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
