Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    chopped olives (optional)
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and dice.
    Place in baking dish.
    Fry bacon until crisp, drain well, crumble and add to potatoes.
    Add mayonnaise.
    Grate Velveeta cheese and add chopped olives and mushrooms.
    Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
    Stir again and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
