Barbecue Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    3 tsp. vinegar
    3 tsp. hickory smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour over pork roast.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (30 minutes for each pound) or can be cooked in slow cooker. Take meat off bone; chop into small pieces and add to drippings.
