Mabel'S Meringue Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    3/4 c. chocolate bits
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Sprinkle on salt and cream of tarter.
    Beat in.
    Add sugar gradually and beat to make stiff peaks.
    Fold in corn flakes, chocolate bits and vanilla.
    Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15-18 minutes or until firm to touch.
