Lamb With Aioli - Mustard Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 egg yolk
    salt
    3/4 c. olive oil
    lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. rosemary
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. onions
    4 to 6 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 c. vermouth
Preparation
    Blend yolk in with garlic and pinch of salt.
    Whisk in oil, drop by drop, until thickens.
    Whisk in remainder in a steady stream.
    Thin with a little lemon juice to taste.
    Add mustard, thyme, rosemary, soy sauce and ginger.
    Add salt to taste. Marinate lamb for several hours or overnight.
