Green Tomato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated tomatoes
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine first ingredients; set aside.
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil, lemon juice and vanilla; beat well.
    Stir in tomatoes.
    Add ingredients; stir just into mixture.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
