Grandmother'S Famous Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. light raisins
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Add orange peel, orange juice and egg.
Stir until moist.
Fold in cranberries and raisins.
