Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Drain sweet potatoes, reserving some liquid.
Mash the potatoes, adding enough liquid for a smooth consistency.
Add maple syrup.
Place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
