Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated apples
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

At low speed blend oil, eggs (add eggs, one at a time), apples and salt.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes in ungreased loaf pan.
Cool 20 minutes before turning out of pan.
