Roasted Glazed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 lemon slices
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place chicken in roasting pan.
Combine apple juice, cornstarch and cinnamon in a small saucepan, mixing well to blend cornstarch.
Add lemon slices.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove lemon slices and spoon part of the glaze over the chicken breasts.
