Poached Salmon Steaks With Zucchini Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. salmon steaks (1/2-inch thick)
    1 c. skim milk
    8 medium zucchini
    3/4 tsp. minced fresh basil
    fresh basil sprigs
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Place salmon in a large nonstick skillet that has been coated with cooking spray.
    Combine milk and bouillon granules; pour over fish.
    Cover; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
