Cinnamon Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves fresh white bread
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. light brown sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Trim bread and roll out until thin.
    Cream the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
    Spread thinly on the bread.
    Roll up.
    Melt butter.
    In separate bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Dip rolls first in butter then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Place close together on cookie sheet.
    Freeze.
    Remove from freezer and slice each roll in half.
    Put in oven straight from freezer on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 8 dozen.
