Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. shortening
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix water, vinegar and egg; add to flour and salt mixed with shortening.
    Roll out amount needed.
    Rest can be frozen until later.
    Makes three 8 or 9-inch crusts.
