Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    2 1/2 cans water
    1 tsp. salt (scant)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine all; mix well and bake in a moderate oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
