Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    dash of basil
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In a large skillet, pour oil.
    Add onions and cook 5 minutes. Stir in ground beef and garlic; brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Simmer on very low heat, stirring often, for 3 or 4 hours.
