Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
    cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    If you use plain flour, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon soda to the ingredients.
