Country Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) box frozen spinach
salt to taste
1 pat butter
1 egg
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Put spinach in saucepan.
Add water; cook until tender. Drain; add butter.
Stir and add egg.
Stir.
Put back on stove with lid over very low heat until all the egg is done.
You will need to stir the mixture.
Drain off all the liquid.
Salt to taste.
