Chicken In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pieces chicken (per person)
    oleo
    1/3 c. liquid (equal parts cream of chicken soup and water)
    1/3 c. Minute rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use an 8-inch square of heavy-duty foil.
    Place chicken in center.
    Mound rice on chicken.
    Pour on liquid.
    Season.
    Dot with oleo.
    Cook over coals for about 1 hour.
