Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (raw)
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1 Lipton onion soup mix (envelope)
    chicken breasts (or can use cut-up fryer)
Preparation
    Mix mushroom soup, water and Lipton onion soup together. Spread rice on bottom of shallow pan or casserole.
    Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over rice.
    Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture.
    Pour rest of soup mix over top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Remove foil and let chicken brown slightly.
