Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and form into 6 patties.
    Fry in small amount of cooking oil until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings (145 calories, 7 g fat).
